I had a great experience shipping my car! Clear communication from start to finish and a very fair price on enclosed transport. I had such an amazing experience with them especially Ralph who was very professional and detailed since my first call.From Ottumwa,IA to Gresham OR car was safely transferred and right on time. Beware of this Company, I was quoted a price of $500. for a transport fee for my vehicle and agreed to it, I made initial payment for service then received a call informing me the a truck broke down, so they found another driver to deliver my vehicle for $1000. I declined the offer because it was not what I agreed to. I was then told that I can contact the driver, so I did, up talking with the driver , he informed me that the rice will be $600 up drop off and my car would be a week behind schedule, so I was curious on how the rice went from $500 to $1000 to $750??? I had no understanding, I was then told that I can cancel my contract for $200, I was devastated by these acts. As a word of advice find another company to work with.
